ReplyDeleteThat score puts me the occasional people pleaser category. As I was answering questions I was getting an idea where I was going to fall in the final score, and I found my self being surprised. In coaching soccer I have built up a defense mechanism where I don't care what people say. I'm the coach and they need to do what I'm asking them to do and if parents don't like there are other teams to play for. The real revelation came when I realized how many times I have lost sleep worrying about the decisions I have made coaching. I can see those same things come through my work. I have found myself describing the difficulty of work we are doing to superiors and I realize the motives may not be entirely informational. So what about you all. What was your score? Were you surprised?
